This week is Race Equality Week! As organisations across the United Kingdom unite to address race inequalities in the workplace, I am delighted that the Scottish Conservatives have four BAME candidates from diverse backgrounds standing in this years Scottish Parliamentary elections. Change can happen and it’s on all of us to make this happen. Let’s use Race Equality Week to shine a light and work together to promote inclusion and equality.
